Bank Charging Mysterious Fees?
Consumer Advocates, P.L.L.C., is investigating claims that certain banks have charged their customers “sustained overdraft fees.” A sustained overdraft fee is an EXTRA charge, on top of the initial overdraft fee and is charged when a customer’s account has a negative balance for a certain number of consecutive days.
(For example: your bank charges an additional fee of $30 if your account remains in the negative for 5 consecutive days)
If you have been charged a sustained overdraft fee, please contact us NOW.
