Consumer Advocates, P.L.L.C., is investigating claims that Wendy's International may have scanned and stored employees' fingerprints without complying with Illinois law.
Specifically, we are looking into whether Wendy's required employees to use their fingerprints to register their hours and/or unlock their cash registers without complying with the strict terms of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act ("BIPA").
